From your first brief to a considered specification
Start by agreeing the scope and surveying the property. Explore layouts and an interior direction before developing technical information and selecting finishes. Confirm furniture, fixtures and equipment—often called FF&E—alongside the construction requirements. Procurement means ordering and coordinating approved purchases; lead times and installation requirements need to inform the programme.
