Periodic inspections and planned maintenance can help identify small issues before they develop into more disruptive repairs.
In a residential property, this may involve adjustments to bespoke joinery, decorative finishes, fittings, lighting or furniture. In offices, restaurants, clinics and other commercial environments, maintenance may focus on high-traffic surfaces, operational wear and keeping customer-facing spaces consistently presentable.
