RETURN POLICY

1. Returns and Refunds for Services

Due to the bespoke and customized nature of the services we provide, we do not offer returns or refunds for services once work has commenced.

1.1 Non-Returnable Services

Our services, including but not limited to:

  • Site surveys and analysis

  • Planning permission assistance

  • Project development and consulting

  • Mood board creation and design concepts

  • 3D visualization, CAD drawings, and renders

  • Construction and site management

  • Bespoke furniture design and production
    cannot be returned or refunded after we begin working on them.

1.2 Exceptions to Non-Refundable Services

Refunds for services may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The service has not yet commenced, and cancellation is requested in writing before any work has begun.

  • A mutual agreement is reached due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Client's or Accanto Interiors Ltd's control.

1.3 Service-Specific Disputes

In cases where there is dissatisfaction with completed work, we encourage clients to contact us promptly to discuss concerns. While refunds are not typically provided, we will strive to resolve issues by:

  • Addressing specific areas of concern.

  • Offering amendments or additional work as appropriate.

2. Returns and Refunds for Goods

We accept returns for eligible goods purchased from Accanto Interiors Ltd within 14 days of receipt. Please note that different terms apply to standard and custom-made goods.

2.1 Eligibility for Return

Goods may be returned under the following conditions:

  • The return is initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items are unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

  • The Client provides proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt.

2.2 Non-Returnable Goods

The following goods are not eligible for return:

  • Bespoke or custom-made items, including fitted furniture or special-order products.

  • Perishable goods or items with a limited shelf life.

  • Goods explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

2.3 How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, the Client must:

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for the return.

  3. Return Shipping: Arrange for the goods to be returned to the address provided by us.

Important: The Client is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received in a damaged or faulty condition.

2.4 Refunds for Goods

Refunds for eligible goods will be processed as follows:

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will issue a refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping costs, if applicable).

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approving the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Damaged or Faulty Goods

If a product arrives damaged or is found to be faulty upon receipt, we will take the following steps:

  1. Notification: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage or fault.

  2. Inspection: We may arrange for the goods to be inspected to confirm the issue.

  3. Resolution:

    • Provide a replacement item at no additional cost.

    • Offer a full refund if a replacement is not possible.

    • Cover return shipping costs for damaged or faulty goods.

4. Custom-Made and Bespoke Items

Custom-made or bespoke items are crafted specifically to your requirements and cannot be returned or refunded unless:

  • There is a manufacturing defect.

  • The item does not match the agreed-upon specifications.

In such cases, we will work with you to repair or replace the item as necessary.

5. Cancellations

5.1 Cancellation of Services

  • Services may be canceled prior to commencement. A cancellation fee may apply to cover any preparatory work or materials purchased in advance.

  • Once work has commenced, cancellations are not permitted.

5.2 Cancellation of Goods Orders

  • Standard goods orders may be canceled prior to dispatch for a full refund.

  • Custom-made or bespoke orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

6. General Conditions

6.1 Liability for Loss

Accanto Interiors Ltd is not liable for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery method.

6.2 Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures in providing refunds or replacements due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or supplier disruptions.
